Adam Boulton of Sky News presided over matters.........he did a very good job, letting a bit of argument and counter argument take place, more than last week, but without ever risking things getting out of hand.
The Scottish Liberal Democrats are particularly active in the Perth & Kinross Council area, and this site has been established to keep you in touch with what we are doing at a local level. We are looking forward to and preparing for the local authority elections in 2012.
