This is Ben Lawers with Drummond Hill in the middle ground....... it is to be warm and dry for most of the week, very welcome after the long, cold winter. Perth & North Perthshire Liberal Democrats will be out and about with a spring in our steps this week, leafletting and canvassing and spreading the word around.
